1. Airport - PCIe Half Mini

Problem Report - Any help is greatly appreciated. 1. WiFi only works on 2.4ghz. Very weak signal, transmit rate will not go over 54 Tx Rate, usually much lower. (10.9.4 using the MB setup from the other site which shall not be named and with the Airport - PCIe Half Mini v2 install works great) 2. Mac OS X Ver: 10.10 DP6, Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97N-Wifi, CPU: Intel i7-4790k, GPU: MSI GTX 760, WiFi: AzureWave AW-CE123H 3. Installed OS X via TonyMac Clover Guide. Installed WiFi via Airport - PCIe Half Mini v2 Guide. 4-7. See Zip file. wifi reporting.zip
2. So, I have seen a couple of people who were running into the same problem that I was having. VooDooHDA gives most HDMI Audio users 4 HDMI outputs. SO!!!! I figured out a solution. Soundflower. http://cycling74.com/products/soundflower/ Download Soundflower, make sure it starts on startup/login. Set your Soundflower outputs to the 2nd HDMI output. Select Soundflower as your Audio out in Plex, and BINGO! You are done. Enjoy!!! Let me know if you have any questions.
3. GT 240, DSDT and HDMI Audio

So, I got the VooDooHDA method working, but that didn't do what I ultimately wanted to do, which was to play movies in Plex. Long story short, Plex will only support 1 HDMI audio out. So I am trying to get the DSDT + AppleHDA method working... yet, I can't. Long story short, I can't figure out how to inject the GT240 code into my DSDT file. Anyone have any ideas? dsdt.aml.zip
4. Problems with HDMI Audio on GT 240...

So, I just did a fresh install with the new ##### 3.1, and my video card is now recognizing, but still nothing for audio. Tried the VooDooHDA 2.72, 2.56 and 2.1. Anyone have any ideas???
5. Problems with HDMI Audio on GT 240...

So here is my setup/install. Intel Q9550S Asus P5QC PNY GeForce GT 240 512 Seagate 750GB (Root drive) 4x1.5TB RAID 10 (Software Raid, via Disk Utility) Did the #####/##### install. Installed Mac OS 10.6.6. combo. Had to patch for audio and graphics. Removed patch for audio, have motherboard audio disabled. Enabled 64bit boot, installed VoodooHDA drivers. I can see 4 HDMI audio outputs, but none give me anything. Any thoughts on how get HDMI audio working? FYI- My GT 240 is still not being recognized right, it's showing up at Unknown nVida card in system profiler. QE/CE are working properly. Also, if I switch to another HDMI device (IE, Mac Mini) it works just fine.
6. So here is the long and the short of it. I can install just fine from iPC PPPF5 final, I can even boot fine without doing a CPUS=1, but I have to have APIC Mode turned off in the BIOS. I have tried about every kernel and patch config on the disk, but nothing seems to make it work. And, I would normally try and get a BIOS update to see if this could be fixed, but I cannot because it's a Gateway motherboard from the old Gateway, which no longer exisits. It's an ECS board, and I've written them, asking for an updated BIOS, but have not heard anything back. Does anyone know of any other potential fixes to get both cores working? 7. Any Success with Natit and MacPros?

Cool. I'm still looking for a friend who might have one. I may just suck it up and purchase a X1300 to find out. We'll see. Thanks though.
8. Any Success with Natit and MacPros?

I don't know if it's possible for you to get your hands on a ATI card to see if this method also works with any ATI cards, but it you could that would be great!!!
9. Any Success with Natit and MacPros?

But do the firmware functions work? Do you see the Apple when you boot? Can you see your drive(s) when you hold down Option at boot?
10. Any Success with Natit and MacPros?

Does the firmware boot screen still work (holding down 'Option')?
11. Any Success with Natit and MacPros?

Has anyone had success with Natit and a Mac Pro? If so, which video card(s) worked? What steps were taken? Thanks!
12. kseelbo, can you let me know what your board model number is?
13. Well after digging through Intel's site a bit, I found an intesting tid bit on Intel's D945GPM Configuration page. It seems that the first two boards (LAD945GPMLR & LAD945GPMLKR) have The SigmaTel STAC9220 where the BOX/BLK D945GPMLKR (What both Newegg and Zipzoomfly seem to cary) has the STAC9223D which appears to be unsuported. The irony is that Newegg claims that it's the SigmaTel STAC9220. This makes me concerned that one might have some sound issues with this board. Does anyone out there have this board?
14. Hey all, I've been working on a Athlon 64 3200+ w/ ATI X800XT and I've had some issues with it. So I am looking at getting the following for a x86 rig. I would appreciate any comments or if anyone has used any of these components and has good or bad things to say, that would be great. Intel D805 2.66ghz CPU (I want dual core but don't have a ton of $$$, this seems like a good solution that I can upgrade from in the future.) Intel D945GPMLKR Motherboard (Thinking mATX and want the built it GFX to fall back on. It also seems that all of the Apple Intel Macs are using the 945G chipset.) Some Ram, at least 1GB( Brand yet to be determined.) Brand yet to be determined nVidia 6600GT (If anyone has a brand or other model to recommend, what I really need it relatively high end graphics and it MUST run at 1680x1050, it would be appreciated. Think Aperture.) Pioneer DVR109 DVD+/-RW DL Seagate SATA Drives Modded G4 or G5 Case (When it's done, till then, some generic case) Since the motherboard is probably of the most concern, here are some links to it. Intel's D945GPM Page Newegg's D945GPM Page Zipzoomfly's D945GPM Page Once again, comments, concerns, etc. would be appreciated.
15. X700 and other PCIE ATI Radeon finally work

I tried running this patch with these dirrections on my system (specs below) using the ID # from the Apple System Profiler's Graphics/Display menu, I got Device ID "0x554d". Once I did everything and re-booted, it would go through it's normal verbose start-up and would then say that there was a problem with NVDAResman.kext. And it would try to launch the GUI, but all it would do is give me a cursor over the commandline stuff. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get my system up and running? Did I do something wrong? Thanks! AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (venice) ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe 1GB Mushkin RAM 80GB WD ATA HD Liteon DVD+/-RW One of those 3COM Cards that work. ATI Radeon X800XT 256MB
