    same problem for me. i've got a dv6650 with a very similar config. please let me know if you find any solution
  3. everything went okay on MBR, now there are only 3 problems: - Azalia says it was installed incorrectly and won't be able to work. - My processor is recognized as 4.30 (!!!) Ghz Unknown (while it's a 2.8 Ghz Pentium D). This appears on both non-vanilla kernels. - PS/2 keyboard doesn't work.

    I also have an nforce 520 chipset in my dv6650 and I can't format or partition the disk. Please let me know if you find out anything.

    Seems that I had my router configured incorrectly. Now everything works fine.

    I did though I think this isn't required. I've additionally installed kalyway 10.5.2 kernel update.
