  1. I got a new Acer 5935G laptop with Geforce GT240M, which seems based on GT216 chip, and its device id is 0a34 10de some one reported on leopard it worked with resolution and qe/ci, but i stuck driving it on snow leopard to sum it up, there are 3 status 1. No resolution, No QE/CI Do nothing DSDT 2. Correct resolution, No QE/CI EFI String with/without adding device id to NVDAResman.kext and NVDANV50Hal.kext most injectors 3. Correct resolution, QE/CI, but system becomes extremely slow DSDT with adding device id to NVDAResman.kext and NVDANV50Hal.kext NVenbler_64.kext with/without adding device id to NVDAResman.kext and NVDANV50Hal.kext any idea? thx a million
  2. Thank you, vladthebad I know its IT mode works, but IT mode means JBOD, which is non performance improvement I want RAID0 using 1068E, can I get that? BTW: I think Intel 5500/5520 based motherboard will work great with OSX. X8DAL-i(3)'s network controller is 82574L, it's same to Mac pro and onboard Realtek ALC883 was drived.
  3. Im thinking about buying a X8DAL-3 (http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/QPI/5500/X8DAL-3.cfm) for my new hack mac pro I know someone get 1068E works, like But I still find more failures, I wanna make sure that if internal 1068E works (obviously, I mean its RAID function)? or I will buy X8DAL-i without 1068E and OCZ's SSD THX
  4. I found a new problem after updating the AppleNvidiaATA.kext I should remove 'Extensions.mkext' so that Leopard can start up, or it will freeze on: Still waiting for boot device I need this new kext file to keep my system stable because my ram is 4G Could you tell a way to delete Extension.kext automatically when shutdown & reboot PS:Leopard disabled the rc* so rc.shutdown does not work :-(

thanks a million it works for my M57SLI-S4 on Leopard 10.5.2 but I have to add "cpus=1" to make the system stable, otherwise it will crash when I use BitTorrent or download large-size files can you resolve it ?
