Hi vector, for items that are in a subgroup, such as Graphics / Vega56 / Temperature or CPU / Core Temperatures / Core 0, the check boxes ✔ are shifted to the right and are not visible.

NDK does a great job, but if we didn't have the "others" from original OC thread, we wouldn't have OpenCore at all.

Because i just want one environment for multi boot purpose. Never mind, I just wanted to share some of my opinions. You are doing great job with OpenCore. Thanks for that.

I read that explanation before... and i still think that its not good idea to "simulate" Mac on Windows with "Windows native" hardware and BIOS which is ACPI ready for Windows, Linux etc. You cant use proprietary logic board software, many hardware sensors are missing etc. But of course I respect that this is your project and your decision

I do not know what you mean by this. I dont want to enable all quirks. I want ACPI patches to be applied only to macOS with Quirk "EnableForAll set to NO".

Hello n.d.k., the new PickerMode option are added in OpenCore. PickerMode Type: plist string Failsafe: Builtin Description: Choose boot picker used for boot management. Picker describes underlying boot management with an optional user interface responsible for handling boot options. The following values are supported: • Builtin — boot management is handled by OpenCore, a simple text only user interface is used. • External — an external boot management protocol is used if available. Otherwise Builtin mode is used. • Apple — Apple boot management is used if available. Otherwise Builtin mode is used. So i think, yours customized UI Boot Picker should be implemented via "External" option, and if "Builtin" is used, it should use original OpenCore text mode picker. What do you think? Is it possible?

    [Pre-Release] macOS Catalina 10.15.4

With this update I have higher temperatures of the Vega 54 on idle. About 45°C vs 55°C...
  8. https://www.techpowerup.com/263647/apple-finally-buying-amd-cpus-pointers-to-ryzens-found-in-macos-beta "Since its switch to the x86 machine architecture from PowerPC in the mid-2000s, Apple has been consistent with Intel as its sole supplier of CPUs for its Macbooks, iMac desktops, and Mac Pro workstations. The company's relationship with rival AMD has been limited to sourcing discrete GPUs. If pieces of code from a MacOS beta is anything to go buy, Apple could bite the AMD bullet very soon. References to several AMD processors were found in MacOS 10.15.4 Beta 1. These include the company's "Picasso," "Renoir," and "Van Gogh" APUs."

I just want to add that I have the same problem and in my case the LCD resolution in bootpicker is fine, but boootpicker's graphics is scaled so it looks like low resolution.

Resolution are still low for bootpicker. I have this problem even in text bootpicker before icons version appeared. Strange. In official OpenCore fork its ok (text version). Same problem here.

Is it possible to set resolution for bootpicker somehow? On 32" LCD with 2560 x 1440 the icons are large and rough. Thanks.

Can you compile last commit? I can't with message "Repository https://github.com/acidanthera/EfiPkg named EfiPkg contains CRLF line endings".

I dont use startup disk preferences to manually set startup disk, macOS updaters use "bless" command to set startup disk after successfull install. So, if you dont use Boot Picker it ends in boot error. I know that i can reboot and select entry in Boot Picker to "repair" boot device path. But that's just wrong behavior. I think that if you use "AllowSetDefault" and dont use the auto default last booted entry, then "bless" should work. But it's your fork, so this is just my humble suggestion.
