  1. Time Machine Restore

Thank you, SO MUCH for pointing me to that post. Was trying everything and nothing was working. That post worked like a charm!
  2. I restored my Time Machine backup of 10.5.2 and was not able to get it to boot as I was receiving /com.apple.Boot.plist not found error. After trying everything else I decided to upgrade the Time Machine restore partition using Kalyway 10.5.1 disk. Now I can boot, and most all of my stuff works, but I now have 10.5.1 and not 10.5.2. Why did upgrading allow me to boot? Why do I keep getting the /com.apple.Boot.plist not found error after restoring Time Machine?
  3. Well as far as restoring EFI I simply followed the same instructions that I did when I installed it which is ./startupfiletool /dev/rdiskXsX ./boot_v8 and reboot. I have GUID partition and everything was working great until I fully restored the Time machine backup. What do I do to get my computer back?
  4. I was running Kalyway 10.5.2 and updated to 10.5.3 and had problems with my graphics card and decided to restore my 10.5.2 Timemachine backup. After restoring my timemachine backup I am unable to boot. I am getting System config file /com.apple.Boot.plist not found error. I then read that I needed to reinstall EFI v8 after restoring timemachine and I did that and am still getting this error. What do I need to do to boot into my Timemachine restore? Am running Asus P5W DH Deluxe with Intel processor with 4Gigs RAM on Kalyway and everything was working great.
  5. I would like to install this, but am unsure what I am supposed to do? When I simply try to install it from the DVD it gives me an error and stops there. What do I do?
