    Lenovo ThinkPad L420 macOS Sierra

CLOVER IS THE ANSWER... HD3000 is supported out of the box with it ... You should base yourself on my configuration for Clover on the L420 and find the right kexts for the Snow Leo.. Also you are using NullCPU and other many kexts that your bootloader is injecting that are not necessary. I really recommend forgetting those legacy methods man, I cant stress this enough.. Make sure to also check tluck's guide for the T420.. Regards

Why not use Clover in a pendrive and try to boot the installer? Our hardware is quite new for those legacy methods bro... Also is there a special reason to be using Snow Leopard?? I have successfully used all versions from Lion to High Sierra, but havent succeeded with SL. It may be due to the 64 bit kernel extensions.. Maybe try to use the boot flag ' arch=x86_64 ' and it is also important to know that this is a common bug in 10.6.8, in my personal oppinion it is a bit pointless to use Snow Leo nowadays... Use Clover and get back with some new info!! Best luck bro

Hey buddy we need details! Are you using Clover or other form of legacy bootloadeR? Also, are you sure you have a clean retail ISO? Regards , also understand SnowLeo may never work perfectly, for ACPI methods that are newer than the ones that existed back then.

Hey buddy, please give us some info on the machine, from a Linux Live USB, things like lshw , lspci -v would be useful! Also, my ACPI tables may not be working for you, since there are always variations in the machine, so trial and error with the ACPI patching and read the guide well!

    ASUS X550LDV Mac OS X Guide (UEFI-Clover)

Please don't be such a spoon fed baby. Many people including me have worked hard to get their Hacks working, now you want an EFI folder, when you have mine in the post, and you could simply study the differences.. I really dislike people that have no will to learn. So now don't go asking for more advice. Read, Read, Read, Read and Read some more.. Sorry mate, not a good idea at all to load SSDTs from another system on yours. It simply doesn't work, and most times prevents your device from booting. Read here, for any parts you may not understand : https://www.acpica.org/documentation/

    Computerbanen in Nederland

Hallo Nederlandse gemeenschap.

REASSESSING, I will make a nice database and a directory for many utilities and goodies for people on every operating system to be able to download utilities for their hacks, as well as will try to publish my HTML and CSS projects into a domain. I am also working on a GUI for the software, which will be made using SWT, cause I have no clue howto use JavaFX, would love some help if possible, since I know JavaFX is the way for the future and for success as a Java developer. For now this is what the web looks like :
  9. Hello community, I am a 20 year old, learning many languages in Uni, HTML, CSS, SQL, Java, Latex and some PHP. I must become a bit better in all of them, since I wish to pursue my dream of earning a living doing what I most like. Out of all of them, my favourite is Java, you can do so much with it, and it is also a good gateway drug to C and C++ or so I have heard I would love some Java coders to join in this and let's try to make a dedicated download center for a lot of kexts and utilities for Hackintosh. If you don't wanna join in, any suggestion to make something else, or any advice or piece of code or 2 cents you have is welcome! God Bless https://bitbucket.org/kosakgroove/ What I really love in Java is that it is practically platform independent, this is specially useful for this day and age we live in...

Wake from sleep Reboot El Capitan EP45-UD3LR

The fix was the checkbox Start up automatically after a power failure, that did the trick, together with configuring the RTC device the way above specified.

Wake from sleep Reboot El Capitan EP45-UD3LR

my RTC device looks exactly like your solution proposes. Device (RTC) { Name (_HID, EisaId ("PNP0B00") /* AT Real-Time Clock */) // _HID: Hardware ID Name (_CRS, ResourceTemplate () // _CRS: Current Resource Settings { IO (Decode16, 0x0070, // Range Minimum 0x0070, // Range Maximum 0x00, // Alignment 0x02, // Length ) }) } I have also applied USB PRW patch to find it only speeds up the sleep , but still reboots. I have AppleRTC fix checked in my config.plist... should i maybe try disabling that????
  15. Hello forum! I come asking for help. I am a programming student and am currently learning Java and Swift, including MySQL and HTML & CSS and some others, so it really is important to have a working stable build. I have achieved this! Am currently rocking my Gigabyte EP45 UD3LR with a beautifully working DSDT, with everything working, except sleep. My computer successfully sleeps, but reboots soon after waking from sleep. I am quite sure I have achieved Native CPU power management, since all required kexts are loaded, here are my specs anyway GIGABYTE EP45-UD3LR Intel Core Q6600 Nvidia Geforce 210 BCM94360CD with adapter 6GB RAM I dont know what I can do anymore to fix the sleep reboot problem. Any help apreciated. Here is my current EFI EP45-UD3lR.zip Thanks so much for this beautiful forum we all came to love
