  1. I've seen info on how to disable ds_store creation over network shares, but is it possible to disable it on all local drives, too? I hate having them clog up my usb drives and zip files.
  2. (I hope this is posted in the right place) Anyway, I'm thinking of buying a Macbook Pro, and I want to dual boot Windows 7 with OSX. I've read that you get better battery life if you install 7 natively using EFI (instead of using Boot Camp). Is there any truth to that, and, if so, how does one do it? (I glanced through the tutorial section but didn't see anything, though I definitely could have missed it). Thanks!
  3. I've also got a tx1000z; once you get enough working, could you post the directions here? I really want to install Mac OS on it, but the wireless networking's a must. Thanks!
