    Haskell Power Management

Hello I didn't patch the power management kext and I don't have the nullcpupower kext installed. I ran the powermanagementInfo kext, and this is what I got, are the results ok? Haskell Power Management

Hi Thanks for the reply, I only have the ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin kext running, the other two are not loaded; I remember reading somewhere something about patching the kernel for Haswell. Would that apply in this case? If so, how would that work in Yosemite (I saw how to do it with mavericks I think) Thanks a lot for your help.

    Haskell Power Management

Thank you for your reply. I apologize for making 2 threads, I accidentally hit the button twice I think! Anyway, I used that script and then made an ssdt from that. With just that, I am still getting the same 2 power states as I had even without an ssdt. I also tried changing the smbios to Mac Pro 3,1 and it remained the same. Is there anything else I could do/am missing? Thanks!
  4. Hello, I have installed Yosemite Beta 5 on a new system I'm working on: -GA-H87M-HD3 -i5-4430 -8GB HyperX FURY RAM -iMac 14,2 smbios I am using the Chameleon Bootloader with Generate P and C states disabled and the DropSSDT=yes However, the SSDT I have generated does't seem to be working, as I only get P-States 8 and 30. Is there something else I need to do in order to get more P-states? In Mavericks, I was getting a few more P-states with a generated SSDT (around 4-6). Thank you for your help.

    GeForce 210 AGPM

Thanks, I actually fixed the problem. Turns out it was my TP link wireless card causing the freezes, I removed it and all is fine.

    GeForce 210 AGPM

Hello, I recently put a GeForce 210 into my system (GA-B75m-D3h, i3 3245, macmini6,2) because I was having problems with integrated graphics. QE/CI works, but I am getting random freezes (especially when I open Safari), and think it may be due to AGPM kext not loading. Is there something I need to do to fix this? Thanks

    Choppy Video HD4000 Mavericks

Hi Jamiethemorris, Yes I have tried that way, and am using MacMini 6,2. The two kexts IntelCapriFB and HD4000 load without any flags, however, but the AppleGraphicsPowerManagement does not load. Despite trying different ID values, QE/ci doesn't seem to ever load (I always have solid menu bar). Is there something I am missing? Also, could the power management have something to do with not getting qe/ci? I have tried using an ssdt, and deleting the nullcpupowermanagment.kext, but it still seems to load anyway, even though it's not there (it was in /Extra, not S/L/E).

    Choppy Video HD4000 Mavericks

Hi praetorius, Thanks for your reply, my specs are: -Gigabyte GA B75m D3h -Intel Core i3 3245 with hd 4000 -4 gb ddr3 ram How would I go about your suggestions? I am new to this. Thanks
  9. Hello I am having an issue with my Mavericks Install 10.9.1 that I installed with MyHack. I have my Intel HD 4000 recognized in the system in normal boot, but the video is choppy when dragging windows or trying to watch Youtube. Changing the IntelCapriFB seems to make no difference. I also do not get full acceleration Here is a screenshot of my system: Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this?
  10. Does anyone else have any ideas about this? I have tried all the values of IntelCapriFB. When I boot into safe mode, I see the the 4000 kext and the CapriFB kext are loaded, but not the IntelFramebufferSNB kext. In safe mode, it shows that I have 1024 MB of video ram for the 4000. However, I get stuck at the [iOBluetoothHCIController] start error when I try to boot in normally. I have been trying everything for days and have had no success. Thanks for any help
  11. Thanks for the info. I was able to get to GUI at one point, but now I cannot, and get stuck at iobluetoothhcicontrollerstart error. Is there any way to get back into the system with proper graphics? Edit: I am able to see the 1024 MB of ram for the intel hd graphics 4000 when I am in safe mode, but i can't boot into normal mode Thanks in advance.
  12. Hi, I really need help with this, I have tried countless times, and installed many times with MyHack. I cannot boot into the system, because I get the IOBluetoothHCI controller missing error, and then DRMStatus error. When I boot in with safe mode, my system info shows that I have an Intel HD 4000 GPU with 1024 MB. How can I get to boot normally? All help is appreciated.
  13. Thanks for the reply and link, I am going to test this now and see if it works
  14. Hello, I am somewhat new to this. My build is a Gigabyte GA B75m d3h, and I have an i3 3245 with HD 4000 graphics installed on it. I want to use integrated graphics, and have gotten to the point that the kext loads in Mavericks, and is recognized as "Intel Graphics 4000 with 1024 MB". However, the graphics are still really choppy, and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Introduce yourself.

Hi, I'm new here, just trying out my first build, using Mavericks.
