@Fritz - Sometimes I'll get nothing at all, just an instant reboot. Sometimes I'll see the Apple Logo for maybe a second and then it reboots.

alecwild - you can do this from Yosemite if you have that installed. In terminal run sudo nvram 7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880- FE41995C9F82:csr-active-config=%67%00%00%00 Fritz - simply put, i was able to successfully boot the El Capitan install USB after applying the command above from a Yosemite install. Let me know any other info you may need. Also I would be interested in your experience with FV2 on the 167X build of Oz. It didn't work for me at all.

Download-Fritz can you tell me more about how we would debug this issue. Disabling SIP seemed to help but then the problem started occurring again. Thanks

Hi All, After a fair amount of troubleshooting, @pmcnano and I have found some odd issues. When trying to boot from a Vanilla OS X El Capitan installer, the computer reboots before getting to the OS - meaning that we cannot get any verbose output. Yosemite installed okay with Integrated GFX but not with my GTX770 but it doesn't make a difference with the El Capitan Installer. I have tried multiple drives (which both work fine on my MacBook) and nothing seems to be getting me anywhere. Has anyone seen anything like this? I can provide the boot logs from Yosemite if that helps! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hi All, I have a Gigabyte Z97X-UD7 TH which I have flashed with the F6 BIOS that I injected Ozmosis 167X into. I have also tried some of the premade builds of this BIOS from other users of the UD7TH but I am having a rather odd experience. I am starting to wonder if it is the board itself. Essentially flashing the BIOS goes fine. The problem is - once flashed, I configure my BIOS and try to boot from the Vanilla OS X Installer USB. When I do this I get what is almost an instant reboot or it just hangs on the Apple Logo without loading anything more. The activity goes dead on the USB after about one second and I don't get any white loading progress bar. This USB works fine on my MacBook and boots to the installer without issue. What is also odd is if I enable the SATA port with my Clover install - Then Clover operates normally. I remember this not working with my older board. Does anyone have any insight into how I may troubleshoot this? Thanks!
