  1. Hello there! I'm considering updating my trusty nVidia GT 640 for a newer pascal card. I've found one that seems to be recommended for its good support with nvidia web drivers: GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI 4GB GDDR5 128BIT, GV-N105TD5-4GD The question is, does anyone knows if CUDA and cudNN works with the web drivers? I'm currently working on neural networks using TensorFlow and that would be a requirement for me. Anyone using CUDA with a pascal card? Thanks a lot!
  2. Hey, After the update to DP3 my system now reboots when waking from sleep. Anyone got this? Sleep seems top be working fine and I have the same problem with mavericks latest update, 10.9.4 I believe it's related to the sleep/wake fix included in mavericks update. Anyone have any ideas? Found nothing strange in logs. My specs are: i3 3240 GA-B75M-D3H 8GB 1333MHZ 1TB WD BLUE Thanks
  3. Strange HDMI issues

Hello folks, I've setup an i3 3240 with HD2500 and got an nvidia gt210 to get full acceleration. I've also disabled the gigabyte ga-b75m-d3h onboard audio to prevent conflicts. Oddly enough, using voodoohda 2.8.4 and 2.8.2, the system shows 4 HDMI audio outputs. I found that only one works, but just for two seconds when some sound starts. It won't play any sound after that until I reload the kext. Anyone ran into this before? Thanks a lot
  4. Should I get an HD4000?

Hello folks, I've been converting an old budget desktop for my sister and got into a dead end trying to get audio over nvidia gt210 HDMI, a required feature. Every other feature of mavericks is working. The system sports an i3 3240 and I realized I could exchange that for an i3 3225 with HD4000 and get closer to supported hardware. Are there any pitfalls I should consider before buying the CPU? Like Yosemite compatibility or possibly HDMI audio, which seems to have good support from the guides I found Other specs: Ga-b75m-d3h Kingston 8gb WD 1tb Samsung LCD TV/monitor hdmi 1080p Thanks a lot
