  1. Is there 900 GMA WDDM Support?

Can you direct me to the place you got them? And also, did you originally have an Intel GMA 900 video card? Thanks.
  2. Is there 900 GMA WDDM Support?

Is there support for Intel GMA 900 with WDDM support for Aero, Alt-tab switching and other things. I heard there were some out there but I can't find any. Or can someone make some? Because they didn't make any for Vista =( (other than beta) I'm looking for these drivers for Windows 7 build 7000.
  3. iATKOS v5i and HP Pavilion 754n

What does it look like when it gets stuck?

  5. [How to] Intel GMA 900 done right: full QE/CI for leopard

It works! But since I'm using speedstep, I don't know if it hinders the performance of videos and audio. With the other method (the not done right method), the videos seemed to be okay. Or it could be something else. Which is one requires more resources? This method or andy4life, h2a's, ccc's etc. method?
  6. [How to] Intel GMA 900 done right: full QE/CI for leopard

Man, we have been waiting MONTHS and some even YEARS for this... "yeah 900 GMA...not going to happen, get a better graphics card" and then you come and conjure up this piece of work. Awesome job. Gonna try it out after ccc, andy4life, h2a's method. I wonder if it comes with no paperclip/external monitor support. Again, nice job!
  7. iATKOS 5i 10.5.5 Intel DVD

nucci, I know that SSE2 limits configurations dramatically. I don't know what kind of hard disk I have but according to the product specifications, I have an IDE / EIDE hard drive interface type (http://www.bizrate.com/laptopcomputers/hp-pavilion-dv1420us-1.6-ghz-pentium-m-laptop--pid355181048/) I am currently running iATKOS 10.5.4 successfully with wireless from (google code iwidarwin) and QE/CI graphics support and no paperclip method (http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=119424&st=0). I have been unsuccessful with iDeneb and other versions of 10.5. iATKOS 10.5.4 (Darwin bootloader (last check), ToH 9.2.0 kernel) has worked the best. If anyone can provide help in possibly getting the voodoo kernel and direct updates from Apple, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, it's one step at a time...
  8. iATKOS 5i 10.5.5 Intel DVD

nucci, I followed your method with EFI for Intel, and Enabler AIR (because I have a laptop), but it goes into a reboot loop. I also checked Remove PowerManagement because that resulted in a kernel panic.
  9. iATKOS 5i 10.5.5 Intel DVD

What could it mean that the installation goes through but it reboots after the gray Apple screen? Verbose mode also results in reboot loop of the gray apple screen? And what if the gray apple screen stays forever? Default settings + Enabler for AIR (laptop) + Speedstep a, x86 ACIP, + voodoo
  10. iATKOS 5i 10.5.5 Intel DVD

I followed one of the installation combinations mentioned here: I think it was: Default but Chameleon, ToH 9.2.0, and that's probably the only thing that matters. ACIP was also chosen. Anyways, I removed the DVD at the reboot, and it went to a screen where it fades from blue to white and stays white. Song is playing in the background (which confirms that audio works ) but nothing else does. I do the display switch from laptop to external but the frequency is out of range. But then I only see half the menu on my screen with horizontal bars. So close.....................?
  11. [How To] GMA900 with QE and CI support on Leopard.

Any successful 900 GMA no paperclip supports for 10.5.6?
  12. /com.apple.boot.slist iATKOS v5i 10.5.5

I also have this model (HP DV1000) laptop but I'm unable to get iATKOS 10.5.5 to work. I got iATKOS 10.5.4 running fine though. Maybe if you can provide your installation method and we encounter the same problem, then we can find a solution to the issue.
  13. GMA900 nolonger need a paperclip on Leopard!

Thank you CRP. I installed the other kexts first and then I installed the Device ID related one. I rebooted without paperclip or external monitor but I still result in a blue screen hang. Is there anything I did wrong or are there any solutions? I have a laptop QE/CI support on 900 GMA, SSE2, running 10.5.4 iAtKoS, 1.6 GHz, 2 GB RAM, but it does not work without external monitor. Thank you.

  15. [How To] GMA900 with QE and CI support on Leopard.

Anyone able to run Final Cut Pro with QE/CI or are there other graphic requirements for 900 GMA?
