    Creative X-Fi Titanium Pro mic doesn't work

    Damn I think I had it working once with some odd PinOverride i found in a thread but I cant seem to find it anymore. I guess I either have to give up hackintosh or live with my terrible onboard. But thanks a lot for you trying to help with this. If you find anything useful for your/our card I'd be happy to hear as infos about this specific card seem to be quite rare around here. Edit: does the volume slider lag your whole system as well?

    I've tried the latest voodoo and Lilu + ALC already. Do you have any recommendation for patched AppleHDA?

    VoodooHDA 2.9.0

    I am on the latest 2.9.0d10 and I'm using the prefpane from this thread as the one from sourceforge wouldnt work. This is what my Line-In (Blue Rear) looks like I tried different volume settings for Rec, Line and bottom left volume but it made no difference. In windows I had to select "microphone" in my driver instead of "line-in" as it is a combo port I believe? edit: yup - It's called "FlexiJack" in windows and I have to click "microphone" instead of "line-in" to be able to use the mic on that port.     AppleALC — dynamic AppleHDA patching

    Is there anyone that could help me with a Creative X-Fi Titanium Pro PCIE (Emu20k2 - SB0880)? I've been trying to get anywhere for days but all I got is headaches. I tried dumping my codecs in linux but this card doesnt have any codecs in /proc/asound/. (Although everything works perfectly fine in Linux, even the mic) Even in the windows registry I couldn't find PinConfigOrerride for this card. VoodooHDA gives me Rear Analog Out - but everything else doesnt work. Now I'm using AppleALC + Lilu but I don't have any device available at all. Is there anyone that got a similiar creative card to work? All I really need is SPDIF Grey - Microphone/Lineout Rear - Analog Out Rear.

    Do I need anything else besides those both kexts? I uninstalled VodooHDA and removed the AppleHDADisabler.kext(not sure if thats correct). But with Lilu + AppleALC I have no audio device at all.

    VodooHDA makes (rear) sound output (stereo) work but Microphone, Line-Out, SPDIF (Rear) wont work. I've been trying to get the PinConfigOverrideVerbs from Windows regedit and the codec dumps from linux but this card (Emu20k2, SB0880) doesnt have any codecs on linux even though microphone works perfectly fine there and windows doesnt have a PinConfig entry in the registry for this card. I'm at a loss... what else can I do to make at least the mic/lineout to work?

    Oh no need to go through that trouble, I just figured out how to get hdmi audio without replugging the cable. I simply had to enable ResetHDA in Clover configurator. Thank you though

It only uses 20% load on my 970 and therefore gets a way lower score than my old 5870.

    I've got a problem nobody has been able to fix so far. I was running Yosemite 10.10 with a Asus Strix 970. DP, HDMI, DVI all were working fine but I could not get any audio from the HDMI/DP only if I plug the cable out and plug it back in after EVERY reboot. Did anyone try HDMI Audio out on 10.10 with a Nvidia 9xx ?
