  1. I found better solution! Disable hot plug for HDD in bios (if you can) and problem solved! Works with vanilla AppleAHCIPort v329.
  2. It's bug in Disk Utility. First mount EFI partition and check disk. It's ok? Only if EFI is unmounted Disk Utility reports error.
  3. Partition Map Error in Yosemite

    I think it's bug in Disk Utility. If you mount EFI partition before check disk everything is okay - EFI unmounted = error.
