  1. Okay, that's kind of a lie. I have gotten it installed on my old Acer Aspire 5738z laptop, but there's no real dependable 64-bit driver for the GMA 4500M. Anyway, I just built a new desktop with gaming in mind, and would like a few suggestions on how to tackle it. My specs are: i7-4770k ASRock OC Formula/ac GTX580 32GB GSkill Ares 1600mhz
  2. GMA 4500M Working in Lion and ML

Okay, so.. obviously a Hackintosh noob, but I installed this kext, rebooted, and I'm pretty sure that the screen resolution that it defaulted to was too much for my poor laptop to handle. The solution provided by the OP didn't yield any results. Any other ideas? Running an old Acer Aspire 5738z, Pentium T4300, GMA 4500 (obviously..). Any ideas?
