  7. Could someone please patch a DSDT for me?

I need to get QE/CI working on my Dell Latitude D620 but I don't know how to DSDT, or even how to use one. If someone could PLEASE patch one for me, tell me what to do with it and upload it here? Dell Latitude D620: Graphics: Intel GMA 950 27A28086 Processor: 1.66 GHz Intel Core Duo T2300 RAM: (if it matters) 2 GB DDR2 667 MHz SDRAM Motherboard: Dell 0TD761 Version: OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 (iAtkos S3 V2) Currently using kexts from this post http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/199572-gma950-27a2-vaio-uxtx-its-working-now/ but only getting native resolution :/ IF ANYMORE INFORMATION IS NEEDED LET ME KNOW PLEASE.
  8. Chameleon boot loader hangs at apple logo after install

Boot verbose mode -v and take a screenshot, and then attach it so we can see whats causing the hang.
  9. "Still waiting for root device" iAtkos s3 v2

Did you set your HD to AHCI in your bios settings?
  10. I'm having a strange problem that I've never encountered before. First off I'm using ApplePS2 from the installation disk (iAtkos S3 V2). my installation works perfectly fine except my mouse and keyboard acts up sometimes. OS X suddenly stops responding to my keyboard/mouse input, the cursor disappears, and I'm left to manually power down the laptop. This seems to only happen when I've been constantly typing for more then 1-2 minutes. I'm not sure whats going on here as I've never encountered this with previous installations. Could anyone point in the right direction as to fixing this?
  11. How do I install a kext from Terminal?

I cannot see the name of this tool. I only see pound signs.
  12. EDIT: I've managed to figure this out. cd /Volumes/XXX/PATH TO FOLDER WHERE KEXT(S) ARE/ where XXX is the name of the volume in which the kexts are placed cp -r XX.kext /volumes/XXX/System/Library/Extensions WHERE XX is the name of the kext, and XXX is the name of your volume where the kexts need to be NOTE: If your volume name contains any spaces use quotes EXAMPLE: /volumes/"Macintosh HD"/System/Library/Extensions I've successfully installed iAtkos S3 V2 but, it boots to a blank screen, but I can hear the "Staying Alive" song so I know the installation is fine, but my graphics kext isn't installed, so, I have the kext file I need, but how can I install it without actually being into OS X? Can I do so through Terminal from the DVD? if so, what are the commands? The kext files is placed on my Windows partition.
