iClip has been discontinued unfortunately. As alternative you might want to try Keyboard Maestro
  2. Is there a database program ?

It's possible to use vmware or parallels to run Microsoft Access. If you have a Windows PC you can export your database as a CSV and import it using Bento or FileMaker Pro.
