FYI, all the default plists have the DisableNvidia typo. Fixed my problem.

    Hi guys, I little bit of help will be appreciated. I was updating my bios and everything, not sure what exactly I changed but my GTX 970 is now detected with 2989Mb of VRAM. I have disabled NVidia injection on ozmosis, but I still see in bdmesg: 07:507 00:000 Found NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 2989MB NV24 [10DE:13C2] SubsystemID [1458:367A] PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) 07:605 00:097 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@0,AAPL,boot-display" = Data (0) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@0,can-hot-plug" = Data (0) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@0,compatible" = "NVDA,NVMac" (10) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@0,connector-type" = 00 02 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@0,device_type" = "display" (7) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@0,display-cfg" = 03 01 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@0,name" = "NVDA,Display-A" (14) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@1,NVDA,UnderscanMin" = "R" (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@1,can-hot-plug" = Data (0) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@1,compatible" = "NVDA,NVMac" (10) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@1,connector-type" = 00 04 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@1,device_type" = "display" (7) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@1,display-cfg" = FF FF 00 01 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "@1,name" = "NVDA,Display-B" (14) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "device_type" = "NVDA,Parent" (11) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "AAPL,aux-power-connected" = 01 00 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "AAPL,backlight-control" = 00 00 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "AAPL00,Coherency" = 02 00 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "AAPL00,blackscreen-preferences" = 00 00 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "AAPL01,blackscreen-preferences" = 00 00 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "AAPL02,blackscreen-preferences" = 00 00 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "AAPL03,blackscreen-preferences" = 00 00 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "NVCAP" = 04 00 00 00 00 00 03 00 A9 00 00 00 00 00 00 07 00 00 00 00 (20) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "NVDA,Features" = FF 16 7A 36 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "VRAM,totalMB" = AD 0B 00 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "VRAM,totalsize" = 00 00 D0 BA 00 00 00 00 (8) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "model" = "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970" (22) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "subsystem-id" = 7A 36 A1 00 (4) - Success 07:605 00:000 Injected PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0) - "rom-revision" = "84.04.31.00.B8" (14) - Success I think I have been here before, I don't remember how to fix it, any advices? 3. GTX 970 Dual monitor on Sierra fails

Did you fix this? lol, I had it working perfectly and I am unsure what I did to break it!
  4. Ozmosis

AWesome, will test in a bit.
  5. Ozmosis

Sorry to ask, so, with this new OZ version. What is it required at the end? Only update the fss? Or also FakeSMC, defaults.plist?
  6. Ozmosis

I have yet to try all this new stuff. But I have been reading every post. With this new version, am I still supposed to add the firmware parameters in default, etc etc. What should be different then the previous one you posted. Thanks
  7. Ozmosis

Hi guys, Taking advantage of all the activity I would like to ask, at the end of the day what happened with Open Core? I know at some point someone posted that the source was leaked and the project was dead, then some days later it was said "maybe not dead after all". Any updates on that @bsod? Thanks! Cheers
  8. Ozmosis

    There you go: E7917IMS-OZ-Xmas-Sierra-Network.1D0.zip
  9. Ozmosis

Pretty sure there's nothing to do here @WarDoc I have the same issue, it's just cosmetic. 44Ghz Memory lol https://cl.ly/j4Rr
  10. Ozmosis

Need to wait for new Oz. Injection is not working.
  11. Ozmosis

@cecekpawon not sure I'm following. By "new pattern" you mean for Sierra? It has never worked for me from bios. I have it in /EFI and works perfectly. Inject it to bios and I got nothing. I already used your script to integrate the plists etc. Btw @cecekpawon if you want a suggestion, It would be a nice feature asking which GUID # you want for the converted FFS. I was going to use it to create my AppleALC ffs but I was already using the GUID #. I went ahead and edited the old script (Pavo's) and created it. @crusher I will try it, I don't understand what would the difference be though. Well thanks! PS. I'm still unable to load AppleALC from BIOS. I mean, it loads but it just doesn't work
  13. Ozmosis

Working fine. Any reason to not use it?
  14. For sure. The error shown is the following: not entitled to link kext KEXT_IDENTIFIER
  15. Ozmosis

Just as an FYI. Tried installing Sierra. I gave up installing with the vanila methods. I installed on my macbook pro and cloned disk. Had to copy kexts to SLE as they are not being loaded from bios. No nvidia drivers, as expected. No audio (using AppleALC). No USB audio devices either (weird?). Was able to login into iCloud, iMessage, etc. Not sure what else to share.
