  1. Elad Nava: Are you sure? If i take other photos at the booting, the order of the last lines change everytime... I see no error expect the "UUID of the kernel not matching" and the "AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement timed out" The fact is that the loading of the intel cpu driver had to be excluded by the disabler... The same error appears in an installation i did of this release on an other PC, always with an AMD and the Voodoo kernel, but in that installation the boot proceed anyway. About the kernel UUID error, i read it has no influence on the booting... I would give up but i've arrived so far, it stucks for a nothing!
  2. Hi folks I have a problem with this release... I successfully finished the installation, but at the booting it stucks with a strange error, i've uploaded the related pic: My specs: AMD 3400+ (sse2) MB, ASUS Salmon (SiS 760 + 964) 1 GB RAM An IDE HD I already have a working installation of Leopard with iPC 10.5.6, with the same kernel (Voodoo .5), so i don't see the matter... Help me please

  4. Hi to all In my previous topic, i had some problems installing the iPC 10.5.6 release, 'cause i had the famous "waiting for root device" error... I resolved, for who is interested, by choosing 2 chipset driver instead of only one, in particular i took the nforce ata and the sis/mb/etc. chipset drivers! I repeat my PC specs: Mainboard: Asus Salmon 1.04 Chipsets: SiS760, SiS964(Southbridge) An IDE Maxtor 200GB HD NVidia GeForce FX 5500 256MB AGP Now the problem... Audio, ethernet, all works, but i have terrible graphic problems when scrolling webpages, lists, windows, etc. etc. I tried with installing Natit and NVinject. With both, when i install a video kext, during the boot instead of successfully boot with the fixed AppleVIAATA.kext, it loads the GenericPCATA or something similar, and it stucks with the "waiting for root device" error If i boot from my Kalyway 10.5.2, in which i had installed Natit and i have QE/QI working and i can also change the display resolution, and i delete the video kext (natit, nvinject) from the iPC installation, it restarts to work. I reinstall a video driver, it loads pcgenericata, waiting device error. I delete the video driver, it loads viaata kext, working. I see no bonds between the video driver and the chipset driver, what can i do?
  5. Nothing :censored2: Same error, waiting for root device...
  6. Good Easter! @verdant on the mainboard i've got 2 ide connectors, the primary one has only the HD as master, and the secondary has the DVDRW as master and a DVD player as slave, i tried also with the second connector disconnected but i see no changes... if i take my device and vendor ids, how could i insert them in the kext?
  7. I had already seen that topic, but it's very old (2005), and it refers to Tiger... 2 years ago i successfully installed Tiger (with uphuck 1.3 release), but the problem now is Leopard! Anyway, i've tried with BladeRunner methods, but nothing, it continues to stuck at "still waiting for root device" I've uploaded a photo! Thank you
  8. Hi folks First, excuse my poor english... Now, my specs: CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3400+ (sse2) Mainboard: Asus Salmon 1.04 Chipset: SiS 760 RAM 2GB a 200GB Maxtor IDE HD GPU: Nvidia FX 5500 Audio: integrated SiS 7012 Ethernet: Realtek RTL8139 I've got the last iPC release, iPC OSx86 10.5.6 Universal FINAL, and i installed it with this options... Voodoo 9.5.0 VIA/SiS/Marvell/SB Chipset Drivers Legacy Geforce Drivers SiS 7012 AC'97 Seatbelt.kext Now the problem, when i reboot it stucks on the Apple logo, and if i boot in verbose mode it stucks on "Still waiting for root device"... I've tried to reinstall it and i've checked the AppleNforceATA one (also if i have no nforce chipset ), but nothing as before. I have no hope, during the installation i can view my HD and format and partition it, but after installation, nothing... Any solution?
