[GUIDE] Lenovo T460 macOS with Clover

I apologize for the delay, I will uploaded the kext later when I get home. Just recently moved to a new place and have been super busy with that. Here's the voodoops2 kext you requested @verleihnix VoodooPS2Controller.kext.zip

[GUIDE] 1st Generation Intel HD Graphics QE/CI

I just finished to manage updating to 10.13.6 and applied the chrome tweak as well and now no more weird artifacts. Hopefully Mojave gets full support soon.

Ahhhh, I missed that. Let me give it a try now. ----------------- I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Do I double click the createAppleBacklightInjector.command shell? It says it's supposed to send that kexts to the Other folder but it doesn't seem to output it there.

@tluck it's ok bro. The voodoops2 kext from the last update bootpack doesn't seem to fix the stuttering even after the edits. Also how do I fix the screen brightness?

[GUIDE] Lenovo T460 macOS with Clover

@tluck I have the t460 as well with same CPU but regular non hd screen. Everything is working for me aside from wifi because I've yet to change the card. My biggest issue is that the trackpad is sticky, it's not as fluid as it should be. How do I fix that issue? I'm tripple booted with windows 10, Sierra 10.12.6 and RemixOS. Trackpad works as it should in windows and Android. But in MacOs, it's very finicky. ---------------------------- I fixed it, after some digging around and found the workaround a few post back about changing the integer from the trackpad value from 100 to 800 both places. However, I had to use another voodoops2 kext from my x1 carbon 4th edition then it worked nicely. The kexts from this bootpack was still flawed after the edits.
  6. Where exactly is the patch located in the config.plist? I have an hp elitebook 8470p with the amd radeon 7650m and was wondering if the patch would work for me..
  7. Thats unfortunate man
  8. Just thought of something, the thread never mentioned it but make sure your bios doesn't have Computrace activated.. If it's active, then you won't be able to install the OS.. I really don't think you can deactivate it either. I even opened up a topic on it and ive never really gotten any answers. It almost seems like that's the case for you because with the 690 tool, you should've been able to get your machine up and running a long time ago. Good luck m8.
  9. El capitan is fully capable of running on your 690. If you want the usb installer tool i can send to you. Just PM me and we'll talk.
  10. You'll only be able to install up to el capitan on the 690 anyways. Use the 690 tool to create the usb and make sure your bios is configured correctly.
  11. How do i go about getting you those stuff you'd need? At this point im desperate..

    [Guida]Acer Travelmate P253-M (Working progress )

I managed to install Sierra 10.12.6 and have everything working. Patched my own dsdt with audio, battery, wifi, sleep/wake patches to function. Anyone insterested, im willing to share my journey and kexts i used. The only thing that didn't work for me initially was touchpad, i had to follow a guide from the other guys chez Tony lol.

Lenovo ThinkPad T420 with UEFI Only

@poopsnaggle make sure that AppleCPUPM is ticked under kext and patches under clover bootloader.. Otherwise, you'd have to make sure NullCPUPowerManagement kext is inside your installer EFI/Clover/kext/other folder..
  14. @MaLd0n any more recommendations for me bro? I'm beginning to think that my board is very problematic. Perhaps i might consider flashing a newer bios if theres one available. What do you think.. I've had successful hacks with the g3258 before with proper power management.. But with this board, it's been a problem for me since the beginning.
  15. I'm back up and running.. I couldn't boot without having to use the NullCpuPowerManagement kext because i'd get kp without it. The appleintelcpupowermanagement kext was problematic. I tried to tick the AppleIntelCPUPM option under clover and still would kp. I have more testing to do with the sleep/wake etc..===========UPDATE Just tested sleep, it still goes to sleep fine and still cant wake up with mouse nor keyboard.. But once pressed power button, it wakes up and freezes and restarts.
