  1. Is it safe to update within VMWare?

    Worked perfect. Thanks.
  2. Is it safe to update Mountain Lion 10.8.3 to 10.8.4? I don't want to end up breaking anything.
  3. Nostalgia — Installing Tiger on a relatively modern Hack?

I'm running it just fine in VMWare Workstation. Edit: I realize I just necro'd an old thread. My bad.
  4. Thanks Edit: Unlocker worked great. Looking forward to getting this installed.
  5. [New!] Linux Distributions Poll

I personally use OpenSUSE because of it's intuitive layout as far as what's needed on a Linux system. Zypper is easy to use from the Terminal and YaST control center is really nice. You can always use another desktop environment or window manager depending on your preference. I used XFCE for the longest time on Ubuntu when Unity came out.
  6. "Permanent" MAC Spoof?

What I usually ended up doing if one of my friends did that is automating a bash script to run on startup on my Linux machine. Every time He'd block my MAC address, I'd just change it to something else. What'd be a REAL {censored} move is if you somehow obtained his MAC address, spoofed yours to the same as his when he's not online, and when he tries to connect and block yours, he will also block himself. It's a win-win. The power is in your hands.
  7. Hello, this is my first post on this forum. I have a few questions about running 10.7.5 in VMWare Workstation 9.0.1 I want to run Mac OS X 10.7.5, but I cannot find an unlocker or a VT-x Bypasser and unlocker for this version. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Right now I'm running an Intel Pentium T4500M with 8GB of RAM. I have a Core 2 Duo T9600 coming in the mail in a few days, which will have the VT-x instruction set built into the CPU. Would it be easier to have the VT-x bypasser and not worry about it on the new CPU or should I just wait for the VT-x enabled CPU?
