  1. Enabling HD4000?

Let me simplify my question a bit: Does anyone know how to get my AppleIntelHD4000Graphics.kext to load? EDIT: I put the kext and bundles in /Extra/Extensions and it seemed to work. My graphics still show up as "Display 64 MB of Shared System Memory", is there a.) any way to make it show up as the correct graphics (GraphicsEnabler=Yes?) or b.) make it more than 64 MB? EDIT (again): It broke (again). It seems to have worked the first time I loaded Safari/iCloud, then, when I tried loading a Steam game, it stopped working, even without a reboot... any ideas?
  2. Enabling HD4000?

They were factory kexts, but apparently I broke it... I tried changing my video memory from 96M to a higher number and now, no matter how many times I reinstall factory kexts, animations are still weird, even with the original 96M (I made it 96M because of some message during installation telling me that only 32, 64, and 96 are supported). Anyone know how to fix this? This solution worked once and now it just doesn't want to...
  3. Enabling HD4000?

I installed the three IntelHD4000 kexts/bundles and booted with GraphicsEnabler=No for nice, not-horrible animations. Thanks!
  4. Enabling HD4000?

-GraphicsEnabler=No (GraphicsEnabler=Yes results in being stuck at Bluetooth, I tried both) -Full resolution of 1920x1080 -No, it is not loaded. I moved and backed up all video kexts in order to boot, so which of those should I use? (now that I think about it, that's probably my problem ) -I did not make any changes to the factory kexts other than move them, I am reinstalling them using Kext Utility now. -Vendor: Intel (0x8086), Device ID: (0x0162)
  5. Enabling HD4000?

Alright, I'll try it now. EDIT: Doesn't look like Macmini6,1 worked, animations are still buggy and flashy (am I even thinking of the right thing? probably should've clarified more in the original post).
  6. Enabling HD4000?

Does anyone have any idea on how to enable the HD4000 on Mavericks? The ML 10.8.3-10.8.4 HD3000/4000 kexts don't seem to work, and I can't find any others. Could someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance EDIT: I am using the latest Chameleon bootloader.
  7. [10.9 - Installation Troubleshooting]

This solved the Bluetooth issue that I and some others were having for me, putting it here for future reference. Issue image (credit goes to majusss):
  8. Booting into installation...

Thank you very much, doing that got me into my installation! It seems my internet doesn't work yet, but I'll get that fixed. At least I got into the install! Thanks again
  9. [10.9 - Installation Troubleshooting]

Reinstall, huh... I'd rather save that as a last resort, but it seems like a viable option, I'll keep it in mind, thanks!
  10. [10.9 - Installation Troubleshooting]

Could someone please help me out over here? Thanks in advance http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/290758-booting-into-installation/ EDIT: Same exact problem as this, only my specs are different and I don't believe the solutions there will help as I tried them, so if you happened to help him, you could probably help me too
  11. Booting into installation...

So, I finally got 10.9 Mavericks installed using a myHack USB installer edited with oldnapalm's "boot" file and MBR patch. Installation completed normally, using generic Extra and removing all problematic kexts except for one that didn't apply to me at all. Now, when I try to boot into the new installation through the latest Chameleon on USB, it hangs at: [IOBluetoothHCIController][start] -- completed [IOBluetoothHCIController][SearchForTransportEventTimeOutHandler] -- Missing Bluetooth Controller Transport! Issue persists with -v, -x, -f, GraphicsEnabler=No, GraphicsEnabler=Yes, and npci=0x2000. I do have my SATA mode set to AHCI, as it hangs at "Still waiting for root device" if I don't. Can anyone help me out? EDIT: Looks like I have to use a smbios.plist from a Mac model that uses an HD4000 to get into graphics (I read that graphics come right after Bluetooth). Is it possible to do so without having access to Finder? (source: http://myhack.sojugarden.com/guide/ , [*4])
  12. [10.9 - Installation Troubleshooting]

Thanks, finally got me into the installer
