  1. Dual-boot two OSX on one Drive

Is that something never done before?
  2. So I finally installed SL on one HDD with ML. Now I can either boot with MBR record (Chimera on ML) or with bootable iso image (i*Boot - SL). But I want to install bootloader on Snow Leopard too. The problem is you know - how to handle which of the 2 OS to load? Using either bootable image or MBR do the trick but I don't know if my Extra directory (I manually created on my Snow Leopard partition) is loaded. Any ideas? The origin of this thread is here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/288188-dual-boot-on-one-drive/. I moved it because I realized it's on the wrong section so moderators please delete it .
  3. The top working GPUs for this OS

Thanks for the answers. Just for the people who are having the same problem - the solution is "PCIRootUID=i", as a boot argument while 'i' is the PCI-E slot index.
  4. Dual-boot on one Drive

    Nobody?

  6. The top working GPUs for this OS

Thanks but I've already buy it . The game is Tomb Raider : AOD (from 2003) so I think I'll be able to run it . But now I have other problem - how can I choose the right GPU in Chameleon bootloader. I mean that when I launch Mountain Lion - to use my GTX 560 (which is on my second PCI-E slot) and the same with SL (to launch the HD 5450 on my first slot). Any ideas? (by the way I haven't installed SL yet but the ML isn't booting with dual graphics).
  7. The top working GPUs for this OS

Actually I tried that on Virtual Box (installing Snow Leopard and even just Leopard) but the game still doesn't work and the resolution isn't Full HD as always. On the VMware I can't even install it. EDIT: Oh sorry it looks like Parallels Desktop is different from VMware - I misunderstood you. I'll try it thanks . EDIT: This doesn't worked too (at all). It says that I need some kind of server for Snow Leopard. Actually I really need an advice for this GPU because I'm going to buy it very soon.
  8. So I have recently installed Mac OS X Mountain Lion on my PC because I wanted to run an Mac OS 3D game. Then I found that the game is for Power PC and this OS doesn't support it. I found that the Power PC apps are supported by Rosetta on Mac OS X 10.6 and below but unfortunately my GPU is Nvidia GTX 560 which is not supported by this OS and I can't either launch the game (it says something like : "the blah-blah 3d effects aren't supported blah-blah"). So now I want to downgrade my GPU to run this god-da*n game. What is the best product which support this OS and also the most cheap too? My PC specifications are posted here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/287675-help-installing-mac-os-on-asrock-b75m-gl-with-intel-celeron-g530/ *I also liked Sapphire 5450 1GB DDR3 - is this a good choice?
  9. NVIDIA GTX 560 kext (NO Ti)

So here is what happened now - I have successfully installed Mac OS X Mountain Lion and now it supports my GPU and I can even play CS:GO (at maximum resolution and graphic settings) but the game I installed Mac OS for - Tomb Raider AOD is POWER PC app which isn't supported by this version of Mac OS. What I can do now - any suggestions how the *** to run this game???
  10. NVIDIA GTX 560 kext (NO Ti)

Oh never-mind. This site don't support tony mac. *Reserved*

  12. NVIDIA GTX 560 kext (NO Ti)

I actually found something interesting here : http://d.driversdat.com/viewfile/GeForce_500_Series_Mac_OSX_SnowLeopard_10.6.8_-_19.5.8f03.dmg-2581 but when I launch the installation it displays a message that this computer will not support Geforce or Quadro Mac OS X edition cards. Any suggestions - is this a fake? By the way my processor is Intel Celeron and when I launch the Lion or Mountain Lion installation it says that it need core 2 duo or i7 and etc. processor and it exit.
  13. NVIDIA GTX 560 kext (NO Ti)

I found some compatible kexts for my GTX 560 in this site but am unable to download them. By the way my dev id is: 0300. And what is ML?
  14. NVIDIA GTX 560 kext (NO Ti)

I'm actually installed the Mac OS X 10.6.6i by HAZARD on my PC as a third OS (Windows XP and Windows 8) because the Emulation version isn't that stable. I don't know what is that device id? It is a Palit GPU.
