  1. Hackintosh help please Z170

Hi, Removing DataHubDxe-64.efi and OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi from /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/ and add OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi. (Guess since i do not know what is in there.) Added a bare minimum driver package for clover. drivers64UEFI.zip
  2. Mirror Display in HDMI does not worki

Hi, Can you provide some details about your system? A temporary solution is to adjust the OS settings to actually mirror the screen instead of projecting it on the external device. I see the Clover folder contains your complete ACPI, adjusting the PRW resources under iGPU if you renamed the devices (GFX0 otherwise) might resolve the issue also. I have no option to look at iasl files at the moment and can not make edits. A recent topic, in which a user solved his problem might be usefull, it was about USB, but might for your issue also (Under GFX0 ofc) ; http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/326980-immediate-wake-from-sleep-wake-reason-gbe-usbe/
  3. asus p5kpl-cm audio issue

Love the censored. Well, if it works do not try to fix it. Enjoy. For referrence, the changes in the info.plist: <key>IOPCIClassMatch</key> <string>0x04020000&0xfffe0000</string> To: <key>IOPCIClassMatch</key> <string>0x27d88086</string>
  4. asus p5kpl-cm audio issue

The kext from the topic i linked is very old, i updated yours with the same id, glad it works. ID: 0x27d88086 It was not in the range of your kext. More info here also: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/267905-voodoohda-common-problems/ I always patched the AppleHDA, which should be removed when using Voodoo, forgot about that.
  5. asus p5kpl-cm audio issue

Install using Kext Helper or some tool like that. Boot with the -f flag, if it works you can rebuild the caches, will explain later, give it a try for now. VoodooHDA.kext.zip
  6. asus p5kpl-cm audio issue

No worries, we all had to start somewhere. After you selected the file you actually have to click "Attach this file" to attach it. The file has not been attached, and i will work on what is provided by the spec sheet.
  7. asus p5kpl-cm audio issue

Just the voodoohda you were working on. And please provide the information i asked for previously. Thank you.
  8. asus p5kpl-cm audio issue

When posting click on more reply options. It will allow you to attach a file, limited to certain extensions. Zip would be the best.
  9. asus p5kpl-cm audio issue

Hi, I read this MB has a VIA VT1708B audio card, is this correct? Some information here: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/254375-voodoohda-272-enable-p5kpl-am-via-vt1708b-with-sound/ If you need help editing the info.plist please attach the voodoohda.kext.
  10. Hi, Mind sharing a little more information about your system? Brand and model or just the hardware. The install media is probably a distro, which is it? Also the version matters, since a lot has changed in 10.4.8. It used to be a common problem with SATA devices (Or was it IDE?) back then, but we need more information, thank you.
  11. Stuck with kernel screen/apple screen

Hi, Can you provide us with some more information about your system? Does the error occur when booting up the installation media or after you have installed Sierra? What installation method did you use?
  12. Hi, Glad you got it to work, do you have a source or your findings? Might help others in the future. I'll install OS X tomorrow so i can actually have a look at DSDT's, atleast the information pointed you in the right direction
  13. There are, but i can not find them either, i used values from my own systems. You really should not replace all the values, just the devices mentioned before. Since you downloaded a dsdt, start over, this time remove the prw from the devices instead. If that resolves the issue we only need to look for the correct values.
  14. No list i know of. The fan spins, with not starting you mean that the display does not power on? And it did before editting the DSDT? Did you make the changes in the devices i described or to all the prw methods?
