I used AirportBrcmFixup.kext to change the country code to Au.
I believe I bought the BT USB from my local MSY as it had a Broadcom chipset. I’ll see if I can find it.
This is the one I am using

You're welcome, I have no idea why having the kext in EFI doesn't work for you.
I don't have it in S/L/E and brightness works.

Is there a way we can make clover detect between FakeSMC.kext and VirtualSMC.kext and if VirtualSMC.kext is found/detected the installer will not keep selecting SMCHelper.efi? (Not needed for VirtualSMC.kext i believe (well i'm not using it without any issues)).
And then obviously if FakeSMC.kext is detected/found then select SMCHelper.efi, if it's ever required by FakeSMC.kext that is.

Unless I’m wrong the virtualsmc.efi driver is only for FV2? I’m using the kext alone and it works fine.

I will just add that if this is a common reoccurrence then i might move toward the kext solution NoVPAJpeg.kext, as i don't see the point of having an iGPU enabled with a dGPU just to fix one little problem that a simple kext can fix without causing other issues (i have not tested it).
Kudos to yourself @arsradu and @Cyberdevs for figuring this out.

The Fv2 drivers are selected as default, even if they are not installed they are still checked to install on the next clover update. This is where the issue is. Maybe clover can be made to detect FV2 and check them or if no FV2 then uncheck them.

In your previous post, your list mentions AppleKeyAggregator. Right? Also, I wrote "do you try to delete AppleKeyAggregator and reboot?"

As @SavageAUS saying: use the latest one and if your having an issue with ApfsDriverLoader, open a topic for your problem

If your having an issue with ApfsDriverLoader then open a seperate topic but first make sure your using the latest one.

I apologize friends, but this discussion of what drivers are needed for this or that, has already made me delete some, come back again and I do not use FV2.
Why not separate into the Clover installation options? Type: "UEFI Drivers without FV2" and "UEFI Drivers with FV2"
    Thanks

Should this be renamed CLOVERX64.efi to overwrite the old one?

Agreed. Clover should only select what was previously selected. And not make default drivers that are not required for boot and those with FileVault know they use it and to select the drivers which will stay selected on further installs.

Unfortunately, boot still hangs with problematic FV drivers, even if I use CLOVERX64.efi/BOOTX64.efi from the above post (UEFI booting into my non FV macOS volumes (10.13.6 hfs and 10.14beta10 apfs) on my NUC6i5SYH).

    2 problematic r4667 drivers:
    AppleKeyFeeder-64.efi ---> freeze/unresponsive Clover Main Menu GUI
AppleKeyAggregator-64.efi ---> boot hang after launching macOS as shown below...

Deleting both drivers from /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI ---> I can boot again normally with CLOVERX64.efi r4667.

I vote for Clover package installer not selecting these problematic FV drivers by default...
