  1. Wolfenstein ET/True Combat Elite cider port

Just try: "cmdlineadd" = "+set fs_game tcetest" I could be wrong, but it looks like you have a superfluous quotation mark in there. I'm curious to see how this little project turns out. However, I doubt the performance will be any different to running the game via crossover.
  2. S-ATA & IOKitWait timeout...

Excellent work ar4er! My long boot times have now been resolved with this kext. Thanks
  3. nForce LAN driver

OptimizationMode=0 is much better on my X2 rig. Good job eno.
  4. Apple Boot Logo and cursor

I'm not sure about forcedeth as I never had any success getting it to work with my onboard lan. I would recommend using eno's nForceLan kext which seems to clear up a lot of forcedeth bugs and issues.
  5. Private alpha test of Voodoo 9.5 Kernel

Heh, I hadn't seen that post before, so thanks for pointing it out As for my comment about the notsc flag, I should have stated that I tried that particular flag with every non-vanilla kernel ever used on my system to no avail. At least I now know why
  6. Private alpha test of Voodoo 9.5 Kernel

I have tried the notsc flag to no avail. Kernel flag thread: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=99891
  7. Apple Boot Logo and cursor

To get the logo you will need to edit the apple.boot.com.plist and remove -v from the kernel flags section. The file can be found in: /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/ Good luck.
  8. nForce LAN driver

0.61.4alpha_osx seems to have resolved the slight CPU hogging on my machine, however, I will also try OptimizationMode=0 too.
  9. Private alpha test of Voodoo 9.5 Kernel

Athlon 64, Opteron and Semprons are all K8 Processors. The Phenom is K10 iirc, though, I'm not sure if they experience this bug.
  10. nForce LAN driver

Thanks eno! My dual gigabit lan now finally works! MSI k9N SLI AM2 Board with Vitesse chipset: 10de:0373 nVidia Corporation MCP55 Ethernet
  11. Private alpha test of Voodoo 9.5 Kernel

I concur with Voyn1x's findings. My Athlon X2 6000+ suffers from the exact same symptoms after several hours uptime. It can sometimes happen a lot sooner if I'm working in Photoshop for example. It seems the more stress the CPU's are under, the quicker the timing goes out of sync. Edit: Added cpuid log CPUID_Log.txt
  12. Instant Kernel panic on my rig too. For the record I had both files and installed them both (several times) in the exact same way as I always have done on past occasions.
  13. Interestingly enough, Toast 8 --> 8.3 will not launch for me either. However, I do have QE/CI enabled . Currently running a clean install with Zeph's 10.5.1 for AMD. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
  14. The thing is Bonya, I did repair permissions sudo -s chown -R 0:0 /system/library/extensions chmod -R 755 /system/library/extensions rm. /system/library/extensions.mkext rm. /system/library/extensions.kextcache kextcache -k -z /system/library/extensions
  15. Here's a quick update. I decided to perform a clean install of OS X then load Bonya's new package - guess what - it didn't work!! It worked before, so I guess it must have been a kext that I had installed in the previous installation that enabled Bronya's package to get my card working. So I installed JCool's package, rebooted, then installed Bronya's - PRESTO! my card works again. Possibly there must be a dependency that Bronya's package needs from JCool's? Anyway, the card is working a treat, except for DOOM 3 which runs like {censored}, whereas my old GeForce6600GT handled it well, so I'm also guessing that even though the X1950Pro is now "supported" the OpenGL driver needs a lot of work.
