  1. GeForce GTX 650 1GB Gaming Lag

hmm, seems like no luck with it, can't boot once I changed to MacPro5,1 , did a clean install to 10.8 and it seems like a bit smoother.
  2. GeForce GTX 650 1GB Gaming Lag

Yep. And this is my graphic card info. 3. GeForce GTX 650 1GB Gaming Lag

Hi, I'm running OS X 10.8.4 Mountain Lion with GTX 650, I'm not injecting kext for my graphics card, just GraphicsEnabler=No and it works fine, for normal usage. I tried to play some games, Stacking, Puzzle Quest, and Brutal Legend, all of them laggy, sometimes is unbearable. When I playing Left 4 Dead 2 on Steam, I couldn't get my full resolution 1650x1080. How can I check is my graphics card is running at it's full potential in OS X, and how do I fix it? Thanks.
  4. boot0:GPT boot0:done stuck

Tried unplug everything else, it's not working either. Anyway, after had different tries and notice the Unknown GPT partition always appears in the boot menu (boot using USB installer) no matter I erase all partition on the drive or I repartition it, so I decide to go into my Windows Vista, and run the DISKPART and do the CLEAN command on it, it set the disk back into uninitialized state, then I went back to the MT installer and partition it and do the installation, after installation, install Chameleon on it, and now it all works. Thanks for your time anyway, things gets weird recently.
  5. boot0:GPT boot0:done stuck

I getting a lot of weird result lately, every time after I get a good install, I will clone the partition or let time machine have a backup, this included a clean MT installation. The first time I reinstall was after I messed up with the kext when I try to get graphics working after upgraded from 10.7.4 to 10.8, so I restore 10.7.4 from time machine and upgrade to 10.8 again, then I get stuck on FIPS error (before I do any changes), and other error that I couldn't get through using -x or -s. So I decide to wipe the drive and do a clean MT install, this time I got every thing working beside network, and I stuck on USBMSC error when I install the same IONetworkingFamily.kext I was using all the while, and couldn't figure out how to fix it (another few rounds of restore from time machine, restore from clone image, all doesn't work like when they were being backup), after seeing few P5Q Deluxe user get MT working, I decided to flash my BIOS to the latest one, then I restore the clean MT image, and it works, but after install the Chameleon on it, it stuck at the boot0:done. You think it's the drive problem? I just got it for half year I think, it's a Western Digital Black 500GB drive.
  6. Hi, I just restored my clean MT install from a dmg file created by Carbon Copy Clone backup, it working fine, but I can't figure out how to get rid of the boot0: done error I'm having, reinstalled Chameleon, Chemira, set the partition active, all not working, any idea?
  7. I'm using P5Q Deluxe motherboard, had a clean install of MT after my Lion mysteriously no longer working after recover from TM, everything works well, just that I don't have the Ethernet available, even though using device-properties in Chameleon. So I install the IONetworkingFamily that I was using since Snow Leopard and Lion, but after install, it will hang when I repair permission, and when I reboot, it will stuck at a place where it said USBMSC Identifier (non-unique) I can't do -s or -x boot, I need to boot into installer USB stick and delete the IONetworkingFamily from the terminal. Anybody had this working? Fixed: Never mind, flashed the 2301 BIOS from Asus and it's working
  8. Chameleon not going in time out or GUI

After reinstall, the Unknown GPT partition no longer there, and I can boot in now, I guess I messed it up when I simply install multiple type of bootloader
  9. Chameleon not going in time out or GUI

But my MT is in the hd(0,2), I thought it should works properly. What's your suggestion? Should I wipe everything and reinstall?
  10. Chameleon not going in time out or GUI

@eep357, I've attached the bdmesg output of normal boot and boot via usb stick. bdmesg_normal.txt bdmesg_usb.txt
  11. Chameleon not going in time out or GUI

You mean install the Chameleon into a blank usb instead of to my MT partition, then when I boot up my PC, I choose to boot from pendrive, then only choose my MT partition from the Chameleon booted via usb? I will post the full bdmesg once I'm off work tonight. Thanks man.

After getting the first output from the bdmesg, I got this: (...) After google around, I decided (bad decision) to install newer release of Chameleon (Chameleon-2.1svn-r2042), and now I ended up with a blank screen and a blinking cursor (the underscore cursor) if my Time Machine drive is plugged in, else I still go back to the original selection menu, but my bdmesg is a bit different now: (...) It still saying Chameleon v2.1 svn r1820 on top though. I have no idea how can I fix it now as I think I just made the problem worst.
  13. Chameleon not going in time out or GUI

I did have Windows Vista on 1 of my HDD before I purchase and added another HDD just for OS X, initially I was playing with MBT then it not working well for Lion, so I switched to GPT partition and it works fine, also partitioned another ExFat drive from the OS X HDD for sharing file between OS X and Windows. Yes, I can boot up, just that it won't go into GUI and no auto time out (I'm using exactly the same org.chameleon.boot.plist because I restored 10.7.4 from Time Machine and then install MT over it), also tried repair permission using Kext Wizard. Anyway, I'll try the bdmesg command when I get back, thanks man.
  14. Chameleon not going in time out or GUI

Did a reinstall of Chameleon, used Chameleon Wizard to reapply theme doesn't work either. I use diskutil to list all my drive, it does show something extra on my MT drive: /dev/disk0 #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: GUID_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk0 1: EFI 209.7 MB disk0s1 2: Apple_HFS Macintosh HD 250.1 GB disk0s2 3: Microsoft Basic Data Universe 249.6 GB disk0s3 /dev/disk1 #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: FDisk_partition_scheme *500.1 GB disk1 1: Windows_NTFS Windows 268.4 GB disk1s1 2: Windows_NTFS Personal 231.7 GB disk1s2 /dev/disk2 #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: FDisk_partition_scheme *640.1 GB disk2 1: Windows_NTFS Vault 640.1 GB disk2s1 /dev/disk3 #: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER 0: FDisk_partition_scheme *499.4 GB disk3 1: Apple_HFS Time Machine 499.4 GB disk3s1 Is the EFI partition the one the making problem? I did not see the drive anywhere when I booted though.
  15. Chameleon not going in time out or GUI

I've tried to install the Chameleon on my 10.8 still can't get it to work properly, is there a way to remove and reinstall the Chameleon?
