A little late to this topic, but for those reading it, when you see IOBluetoothHCIController - [completed], it has loaded and the system is starting to load the franmebuffers when the freeze occurs, so IT IS Graphics related. As mentioned above, try adding your device ID to the info.plist of you NVidia kexts.

Did you ever get this working? I have installed ML on this and it's a monster with 6GB RAM and 8400GS.
