  1. {Guide} DELL INSPIRON N5110

OK I've solved it. The problem was the old IONetworkcontroller.kext I've installed from Lion. I changed with the latest one from ML installation image and everything worked.
  2. {Guide} DELL INSPIRON N5110

Ok I installed ML today. Everything is OK except network. I've deleted and installed so many kext files (Rtl81xx, ionetworking, iouserethernet etc.) but no use. While using 10.7.2, startup -v was showing the mac address of my ethernet and usb wifi and everything was OK. I've also used my old kext files from 10.7.2 but no use again. Any ideas? Edit: I've noticed something weird. When I check the devices under "About This Mac", the ethernet card shows up, but when I try to add it under System Preferences - Network, there is no option as Ethernet interface.
  3. Sort of a noob question about GM

OK don't get me wrong. I'm not willing to share any illegal content here. Just trying to understand the concept of GM.
  4. Do I need a developer account to install ML? I'm using 10.7.2 right now w/o any problem. Should I wait for the official release? If I install GM, will it expire? And will I be able to update it to the official version when out?
