  1. Even when i start with nothing unplugged, it doesn't work. I've tried EHCISleepEnabler from SuperHai, but it also doesn't work. Do you think it can deal with BIOS options or BIOS version (i have A13) Paulo
  2. Hi I've got a Latitude D830 with iaktos v4i on it. I ve got an issue with sleep : it works for about 1 second, i ve got the message in console : "USB caused wake event (EHCI)" Does someone get the same issue ? Unless that, my Hackintosh is fully fonctionnal.

    Please Help! LAN Broadcom BCM5787

What kind of project do you have ? I have tried to learn how to use IOKit last weeks, so maybe I could help. I have begun to read source code from FreeBSD and Linux but as i haven't experience in driver writing, I don't understand everything

Ok i try to sum up : - What did Hellober should work with all Dell Computers (Latitude, Inspiron, Vostro) - After you get that file working, try this one (post 66) : AppleHDA.kext It should add support for headphones and jack input - If it works, try this one (post 83) : AppleHDA.kext It should add support for automatic switch between Headphones and Speakers At this step, Mute and Mic In don't work. - The next file (post 110) : AppleHDA.kext seems to only work on my D830 (it should add Mute and Mic In) If you have post 83 file working, you can try these files: - File 1 : based on post 83 : should work for all who have post 83 working. It doesn't add any feature. - File 2 : should add Mic Input compared to post 83 - File 3 : should add Mute compared to posrt 83 (it s normal if there is not Mic In) Please tell me what files don't work with you. Thanks. Edit : better with files ... AppleHDA1.kext.zip AppleHDA2.kext.zip AppleHDA3.kext.zip

Here is a new release : - Mute should now works. - Internal Mic also. Unfortunately, you still can not change input level. If some people has problems with automatic switch, i ll try to adapt an old release to have speakers working. AppleHDA.kext.zip

Do you have your codec file ? Maybe as you don t have a Dell, your soundcard is different, so you have to make an AppleHDA.kext a bit different too.
