  1. Since now WhateverGreen 1.3.4 has been officially released, you can use whichever one you want. And no, you don't need agdpmod=pikera anymore with these builds. The idea is to get version 1.3.4.

  2. Can you please try this test version. The main concern is it detects your video card and displays.

  3. I think it depends on your SMBIOS. Try mac pro SMBIOS instead of imac ones to light up your monitors.

  9. Thanks. I downloaded this fabulous Mac Downloader, and it's actually downloading! So it can outdo Apple's own downloader in successfully downloading.

  11. Catalina is read only protect: so you've to use this command in Terminal: Run sudo mount -uw / in Terminal, then force quit Finder. You should be able to modify system files until you reboot. EDIT: Right. You have to check box for the first two options ( UEFI and ESP ) for UEFI system

  17. You can use the new EFI with BIOS F11 for Mojave. It works just fine The RX580 should work natively without any patch. It may sound silly but did you check the input settings on your monitors to make sure it takes the DP signal. Then try different DP ports. Double check your bios settings too.

  18. You can add OpenCore Shell.efi to tools, Launch shell, manually execute VerifyMsrE2.efi (it is located in fs0:/EFI/OC/Tools/ or fs1:/EFI/OC/Tools/) in the shell.

  19. Awesome AudioGod! How did you update the Pro EFI? I thought you didn't even have the motherboard anymore!? Also, won't we need to change at least the bios setting for that new bios aperture setting to work with 19,1? If so, do we need slide=0 anymore? Any other bios settings updates? I've updated to 15.1 already, but with this new info I'm planning to try and update BIOS, switch to 19,1 and use your updated EFI. Thanks!

  21. Emulated NVRAM doesn’t work that way, it does what is outlined in the nvram.plist file. So..... in order for that to work, you would have to have something that will write to the nvram.plist every time you did an update or used Startup Disk for the boot order to change in the nvram.plist file.

  22. Can you please run "ioreg -l >~/ioreg.txt" and attach the file here. Once I figure out what the entry for your video card is it should also fix the displays not being listed. An unknown ("???") PCI device is quite normal. It just means the pci.ids database does not list the device (you can submit to them). You can already resize the PCI Devices columns. I have fixed the "FW Loaded" issue. Thanks for your feedback.

  24. All you good people here...I have been following this thread for some years now and I think a breakthrough has been found! Checkout this recent blog article... https://osy.gitbook.io/hac-mini-guide/details/thunderbolt-3-fix-part-3#firmware-analysis Flashing Apple's thunderbolt/TI firmware onto an Intel NUC Hades Canyon (NUC8i7HNK/NUC8i7HVK) resulting in native MacOs performance! Ingenious! Now I await for the able among you all to prepare flashing utilities for our commonly used AIC from Asus, Gigabyte, etc TB3 Alpine Ridge onwards...Cheers!!

  26. https://github.com/chris1111/Wireless-USB-Adapter/blob/master/README.md Here is the driver for the asus nano. Wifi works but not native in the network settings have to connect using the asus software. Side car sees my iPad but i get connection timed out when I attempt to connect. I honestly don't know. It was working fine in Mojave, but the line out option is missing. The codec is S1220, I changed the layout from 1 to 11 I don't know how to remove a quote on mobile haha.

  27. It has not done that for sometime as VMware changed the code and was not patcheable. The good news is I have a new method to do it by directly modifying the VMware EFI firmware, which I will release soon.

  28. Thanks for your answers, i found a way easier way to do it if you have windows running on the same machine also: 1) You dont need to install paragon HFS, just mount efi partition of disk, which is FAT32, unlike system itself... procedure: 1.1)run/open diskpart as admin (either from start or from cmd, or from windows(or system32) folder 1.2) In diskpart - list disk, then select disk X(use correct number) 1.3) In diskpart - list partition, then select partition X (correct number) 1.4) In diskpart - assign letter=x 1.5) Efi is now mounted, but explorer wont allow you open it(stupid windows rights). Open notepad AS ADMIN, File ->open ->navigate to efi/clover/kexts (yes, this will trick windows rights, lol) 1.6) Paste kext files (still in notepad open window) The issue was that after the update it did not recognise the USB ports so nothing worked (keyboard / mouse), following the above steps i mounted the EFI and placed USBinjectall.kext into efi/clover/kexts/other Rebooted the computer and the usb worked, so now i could use the keyboard and mouse and complete my set up. Everything is now working apart from sound, but ill find a way to fix that as i have done before. Can a moderator change the title to something more specific like "Installing Kext on clover EFI - USB not working after High Sierra Upgrade" thanks. Just a note: i did this in order to get FCPX 3D text working as on sierra it didnt, i installed the updated Web Drivers by NVIDIA and now everything is working perfectly. for anyone wondering my set up is: Intel Core i7-6700 Skylake Asus H110M-A/M.2 Motherboard NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 16GB DDR4 2133MHz 250GB SK hynix SL301 SSD (Windows) Seagate 1TB BarraCuda (Extra Storage) Samsung 850 EVO 1TB (OSX)

  29. As usual, for UEFI install, the two first choice. + drivers off and your kexts/drivers You can delete EFI folder in your main partition and keep EFI-Backups
