  10. I have been using a few Intel X540-AT2 Dual Base-T x8 NICs on a some of my Hackintosh dual boot systems: 1 x Skylake, 2 x Coffee Lake, 1 x AMD FX, 1 x AMD Ryzen B550 all with your IntelLucy.kext. I have upgraded IntelLucy to version 1.0.0. I am really grateful for the work you have put in to this project as it has allowed me to make greater use of my QNAP 1208 10G switch. Using some relatively inexpensive Intel Server NICs (£30+) to expand my 10G network. My other systems are using ACQ107 10G PCIe x4 cards. People need to be wary of the really cheap (£14-£20) INSUPER X540-AT2 NICs that are flooding eBay from China, as they aren’t macOS friendly. The X540-AT2 NICs work at 1GB or 10G, no 2.5G connection to my 2.5G switch only 1G. Surprisingly both 10G Base-T connectors work in macOS. I have changed all my Ethernet cables to Cat8, and have LC-LC 50/125um Multimode Fibre Optic Cable connections running between my 10GbE network switches.

  11. Been here since 2012, been around since System 7 (Classic Mac OS 7 for those who don't remember it). My first Hackintosh was running Tiger and before that I used Fusion PC to emulate Mac OS 8.0 from MS-DOS on a 200 MHz Pentium MMX

  15. Awww Bro you're just a youngster!!!! Well maybe not quite, but I am beating you by an extra 3 years. Long may we reign to see the next Apple OS and perhaps the inevitable (hopefully not too soon) death of Hackintosh.

  18. Well it's good to see some OLD Hands are still around and still dabbling with Apple's OS after all this time even though it seems we are now on borrowed time. Let's enjoy what time we have left in the game before we have to take out a mortgage to buy a genuine Apple machine (when that time comes, I will probably have to have my marriage annulled due to the wife's unreasonable behavior hiding the bank book ).

  23. @loganMac, Fix First problem: Set processorType = 4097 in your SMBIOS. Fix second problem: go to /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports delete all files, or delete those files that are related to the warning.

  30. @iwissem, This script is not mine, I just grabbed it a few posts back and posted it to you because you asked, so the credits go to whoever wrote it. Regarding your codec issue, it could be several factors. When you mention External Microphone, are you referring to the ComboJack? Are you using AppleALC? If yes, could you tell me which layout-id? A few years ago, I wrote this: https://www.olarila.com/topic/5586-guide-how-to-activate-microphone-on-conexant-codecs-and-others/ it might still work, I can't say for sure.

  31. GrubISO9660.efi (or VboxIso9660) and GrubUDF.efi depending on your DVD format. CPU->Type=0x0605 or some other digits. But 13600 is really unknown for Apple. or use RestrictEvents.kext with some arguments. Ask authors.
