blaydator Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 Hi, Is it possible to install a Hackintosh on my Asus G51jx (sz051v) ? - Intel Core i7-720QM (1.6 GHz) - 8 Go DDR3 1066 MHz (8 Go max), 4 slots - Nvidia Geforce GTS 360M 1 Go GDDR5 I read entirely this two topics : http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=219591 http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=211724 My problem is to install the retail (10.6.4); after booting with the EFI bootloader the install retail launch but it {censored}ed up after choosing my language. - I tried a lot of differents bootloaders, but only "Empire EFI boot disc v 1.085 R2" works (the same as in the two topics) - My bios is on date (208) - Doesn't work with Iatkos s3 (only crash and reboot after booting) Do you have any ideas ? (is my laptop compatible ? I checked the HCL but there are several G51..\ Must I use the 10.6.3 retail instead of my 10.6.4 ?) Thank you very much to help me !
