Yosemite Beta Sound in VMWare Player

First I apologize if there is already a topic on this, I've been Googling answers to this for a couple of days now and haven't seen anything on it yet. Does anyone know how to get Yosemite to have sound in VMWare player? I upgraded from 10.9, using VMsvga2 causes the screen to flash, and causes all programs to crash, however I can use portions of it, so the ensoniq driver is installed. I have what I believe to be the latest darwin.iso VMware tools installed. Is there something I'm missing? Sound worked fine in 10.9, but none of the things I did seem to work (makes sense I guess since it's a beta).  Also if anyone knows how to reduce the lag in it, that'd be great. I still have the 10.9 VM on my system as well.
