OSX install problem

Hi guys!

I read a lot of things about AMD and mac osx. I have a great problem, I downloaded the IATKOS distro for amd, the only problem that I have is that my mobo didn't have AHCI so when I go to disk utility I cant find my hard drive.
I tried to install into an external hard drive but didn't work.

My question is can I install mac even if I don't have AHCI in my mobo?

there is no "IATKOS for amd"...

Go retail mavericks :)

then use a modified IOATA for support :)
