IBM Thinkpad T42p Resolution Help

1 post in this topic

Recommended Posts

I have a successful installation of iPC 10.5.6 running on my Thinkpad T42p. The only problem is the video card, an ATI Mobility Radeon 9600 (device ID is 0x4e54). The only resolution I can get is 1024x768, when the LCD's native resolution is 1400x1050.

I tried editing the boot.plist with no luck, and I tried installing these drivers (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=31638&pid=220213&mode=threaded&start=#entry220213) with no luck either. I'm not sure what else to do. Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks in advance!
