AMD Hackintosh stuck at login screen

1 post in this topic

Recommended Posts

My hackintosh won't get past the login window. Here's my machine-

AMD Athelon II x4

Nvdia GeForce 9800X

The distro I'm using is Hazard 10.6. It boots up if I go into single user mode, and type in the following-

/sbin/mount -rw /

However, it doesn't load after I type in my password. Everytime I run "fsck -f" or any form of fsck, it gives me an error about "Can't read disk cache" and "Exited with Signal 8". Help!
