Is anyone can give me a full guide how to make radeon 9200 maximum powerfull as it's possible?

1) Desolder the gpu/chipset
2) Toss that GPU in the garbage
3) Buy a Radeon 10800XTX chipset/gpu
4) Solder on this GPU
5) Add sufficient cooling
