Hi,

Does anybody can help me with this?
I cannot access my computer via VNC or anything else. I must run ftpd via Terminal.
And I have no idea hot to do it?

I know that i need to create a user, give him proper rights, create special ftp-access directory for his login, etc.

I know all of that. I can even create system users with rights only for FTP service.

But i have no idea how to start the deamon from command line.

Great Thanks for any kind of help.

Best Regards,

Hi,

/usr/libexec/ftpd

works for me. Check the manpage for options.
