It's true! Go check for yourself! After months of downtime, and a change of administration, the world famous site is back. When going to the site, you are greeted with a message from the new Admin:

The trackers and website seem to be working properly, and should any issues arise, they will be taken care of as soon as possible. The site might be going on and offline over the next days as we work out any problems.

Yeah I'm getting that too. Is there a minimum number of posts or something similar needed to access this sub-forum? (Which would be stupid, because people would miss out on potential invitations from newbies like me!

Yes there is, and thank god it has cleaned up a lot of the invitation posts. This forum is not primarily an invitations exchange, you should go somewhere else if you want to exchange.
