Check out this site:
http://osx86help.we.bs/Heres what it looks like (same InsanelyMac design, it claims to be InsanelyMac IRC):
Click to view attachmentI was wondering if you InsanelyMac people knew about this or if its a legit site? Oh yeah and the title of the page says InsaneyMac, and its not a forum, it looks like this theme has been converted for HTML. And it says this at the bottom:

It gives helpful information in a very concise manner, I have no problem with it. The more that people know, the better.

Hmm, it might be something that a member of this site did, I don't know but I don't think its tied in any way with insanelymac because there is no mention of it anywhere. Yeah I agree there is helpful information, the person was obviously trying to help but using the InsanelyMac design probably wasn't a good idea.

C'mon? Suing over a design? Just tell them politely to change their design, it could turn into a nice site for OSx86 info. I tried to do a WHOIS lookup but the "we.bs" extension is not supported, and its probably hosted with one of those free hosting services.

Sorry, but that logo is… horrible, to be quite blatant with you. It looks like it was made in the 1980s. It's jagged, the font is outdated, and the apple looks… malformed.

It was made as a MockUp.
Not as a REAL logo.
