I'm trying to test my apache php to see if its functioning.
the last step is to type on a browser the following:
http://127.0.0.1/~username/test.phpDahhhh...
What, for heavens sake do they mean by username?

replace username by your OS X username

Yeah. If your use the admin account, it would be
http://127.0.0.1/~admin/test.php
