and I think that some caustic effects under the glasses should work well. Did you model the background?

I'm not sure what renderer cinema 4d uses specifically. I'm sort of new to this kind of stuff. And yes, i did model the background as well.

Nub question, but did you individually make everything or did somehow take a picture and convert it to that look.....

I messed around in DX Studio and got completely overwhelmed by Model Design.

everything you see was modeled from scratch. No modification of any photography what so ever.

All with a mouse and keyboard or did you use a draw pad or something?

Also how long did it take?

Indeed, with just a mouse and keyboard. I use Cinema 4D, and it took me about 4 days of work...probably a total of 15 hours to completely finish the job.
