Well finally I manage to get BIOS.ROM from that damn .exe QBios file!
Was a PITA!
For those who have the same phoenix .exe installer i will write a short guide to save their time and pain...
1. To extract .exe file use Universal Extractor
2. To extract .cab file use ZipScan Evaluation, select overwrite all files on destination folder, the result will be a BIOS folder and a lot of nonimportant files, go to Bios folder (save Bios folder in a safe place) you will see a file named PQVF.VFD, that file is a virtual floppy image and contain the BIOS.ROM
3. Download Virtual Floppy Drive (VFD) for Windows, install it, then create a virtual floppy using maximum size 2.8 MB(same as VFD file) assing a letter for it and mount that PQVF.VFD file. Bang! Now you can see that BIOS.ROM in mounted image/floppy drive ex. A:
4. Copy that BIOS.ROM file in a safe place and you can start playng with Phoenix BIOS Editor 2.2.0.1 for Windows 98/NT/2K/XP/VISTA(latest one i can find

) @ your own risk of course, or make a request.
5. After you finish edit it (or someone for u) add/replace it back in that mounted floppy and eject/close that PQVF.VFD file, copy/replace it in Bios folder and launch/pray executable file, in my case BenQ.exe, your computer will restart and start flashing your moded bios.
I hope this miniguide will be useful b/c at least for me was a PITA to get that bios file, i have to install a lot of archive manager, hex editors, cab extractors, instalshield...etc. to figure out what to use...
For fun here is a screen shot of expensive app(~6000$) of Phoenix BIOS Editor to see what you can do:

The reason for editing bios is b/c i can't boot from any usb device...so i try to figure out what can be done in bios to enable this feature and other...

All I need now is master Kabyl to teach me what to do next and why in pheonix editor ACPI editor is greyed out...
So here is my proper request:
Laptop Model: BenQ JoyBook R55v
Bios ROM file: In attachement
Know issue: can't boot from any usb device, wrong fsb detection on os x(works/detected on boot with chameleon but still reported bad on system profiler, works with Superhai smbios) and if I can unhide some bios features will be great, also some powermanagement...
Thanks,
XyZ
