I have a problem... I am running a Gigabyte P35-DS3L with a intel core duo 6750 a 7300gt and 4gb of ram and I can INSTALL Fusion and Paralells fine. But when i try to install the virtual machine through parallels or fusion. I get that grey screen of death at around 40% for vista enterprise and even sooner for xp pro sp2. I am running the Kalyway 10.5.1 install and i would really apreciate someones help because i have been trying to get this thing working for over a month now Please help. Thanx.

Are your systems SSE3 compatible? I remember I had an issue with VMware Fusion on a SSE2 system
