hey. im trying to install osx on a dell laptop that has an intel 852 chipset. ive tried everything in all the threads but no matter what i do it boots 800x600 and all gray, which makes it highly difficult to modfiy files. i was hoping someone could pot working files or clean files with good instructions on the exact steps to take. ive been at this for hours so i was hoping i could find some help. thanks.

The laptop very likely needs an external monitor connected. http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?s=...indpost&p=42460 shows how someone circumvented this with a few parts.
