For the love of god, could someone just upload this build (9C30) to rapidshare or something? That way, we would all be able to stop waiting for Apple to actually release it (I mean, when it is formally released, one can just install the formal release over 9C30). This is just a point update, I don't see why it has to be so shrouded in secrecy and stuck in an endless build cycle (considering that there have been "no issues" with these builds since 9C23 or whatever).
What's the great rush to have this released? At the end of the day 10.5.1 is *functional* sure there are problems, but Apple would rather sort them in this one nice rather large update than rush out "patches" every 5 minutes like done for Vista.
The reason it is "shrouded in secrecy" is so that things like the MacBook Air etc. aren't confirmed before release. If you looked hard enough you could have found the MacBook Air being mentioned in previous 10.5.2 Builds before it was released. Also, people aren't supposed to share it, as they'll have signed a legal agreement not to disclose it/the details about it with Apple. And you can also find confirmation of a new MacBook Pro in the current developer release.

Known Issues
- None
Does not actually mean there are "no issues" it means if there are issues, which there undoubtably will be, they don't know what they are, which is why they ask a specific technical audience to test the areas mentioned, that have been updated and/or recently fixed.
The fact is, it'll be released when Apple thinks it is ready to be, not because a few people are bitching about it not being released. Apple never set any release date for this, it's not like it's late. So why complain? At the end of the day, either...
1) Wait patiently like (almost) everyone else...
2) Pay for a Apple Developer Connection account with access to the developer seeds.
Or...
3) Find the update yourself. Ask a friend, know someone with an ADC account? Why not see if they can get hold of it for you. Or learn to search the internet effectively. Things like this aren't hard to find if you know where to look.

Although, I have to give props to MS--while the constant installing/uninstalling/reinstalling is a pain in the ass, at least it finally works as advertised. Vista is not hosed (it is, in fact, unharmed) after uninstalling a service pack and that is a first for a MS operating system.
You can easily update previous builds of OS X Leopard. Simply install the reversioner, then the new update... it's really not hard. And it doesn't hose your system. You don't need to "uninstall" the previous version first. And it's a hell of a lot quicker than a Windows service pack install/uninstall. Props to Apple for that one.
