hi guys, as Mostly sad, i have no kernel panic too, but, a little strange thing: when i tried to connect to my wlan (associate) in network selector i got the same looping problem, that i posted in issues at iwidarwin in google code. When i checked in my wireless router, i saw that my 4965agn got connected with ( i think partly), it is a tp-link tl-wr541g, so i checked in dhcp clients and i saw that i got an ip but in client name, i got none, so, i don't know what happend, but i know that my wlan router reported the new client, so i think i could help whit this information. As the topic "how to test javouli drivers" i saved the log, i'll post it later.
thanks and congratulations for jalavoui and other guys who are working on this project.
---EDIT---
Well, as i sad, now i attached the log file of the install and the partial association

Yea I knew that, but I would think that developing a driver using more than one card might be useful due to hardware revisions and other differences in 3945abg WiFi Cards.
Geeze, I was just offering a spare card I had if it would be any help...

Hi,
I have a T61 laptop with 4965ABG card but all the references I see on the forum are for 4965AGN (I know for sure my card does not support the N networks because when I check it on windows it only refer to A B or G)
My question is, when the 4965AGN driver will be ready will it work also for the 4965ABG? does anyone else have this type of Intel Wireless model??

Are you sure it isn't a 3945ABG? Check Windows Device Manager.

4965agn is a card for draft n and a b g wireless networks, pressing crt+shift+esc in windows, you'll get into task manager, click in performance tab and check the speed of the wireless network adaptor. You'll notice that it shows up to 300 mbit per second, that is the maximum speed of draft n wireless network.

glad2hear, did you have the lastest 4965agn drivers? try downloading it on intel's website. If you still not seeing any option in device manager of the n channel, try downloading intel's wireless manager, in intel's website. I suppose that you're using windows xp, i'm using windows vista and it shows an option to select 20 mhz and disabled for n channel. I'll post a printscreen of it later. =] ,

I've got a 2200bg in my Thinkpad T43. I can connect to my router if WEP is off.. but as soon as it's enabled I can't seem to get anywhere. I've tried entering the password (1st wep key) with colons or not... mine is 10 digits like this aa:bb:cc:dd:ee - is this correct? I always get a bus error. Any hints? I've read through some of the posts made by 2200bg owners & WEP, the only complaint was that they had to manually enter this each time for connection so it must work and I'm obviously doing something wrong!
PS. I also can't load nsGUI. I click it and nothing shows up (both SVN and stable versions)
