Full Version: iPod for Time Machine

I can't seem to get time machine to find my formatted iPod.
even though i have used disk utility, and itunes, it doesn't find it.
any suggestions?

I don't think Time Machine can use iPods.

If you split the disk into two partitions, Time Machine won't recognise the second as a time machine-capable volume? (Assuming you have disk mode enabled..?)

No. I tried making 2 partitions but it didn't work.
