Do both iTunes version (windows and mac) use the same library format? Can I use the same one with the two versions?

files won't be found unless u copy them to ur mac itunes folder.. or specify their location in itunes preferences.

I used my iMac, and CMD+K in the finder and connected to my PC via smb://YOUR.IP.HERE
and dumped the itunes library into the my music folder and iTune recognized it instantly, i just had to allow that comp to use my bought music..
