I bought one of these devices because it was the only one I could find that has a driver for WinXP64. I was looking at the webpage for the device recently and found this tidbit:

http://www.airlink101.com/products/awll3026.html

It is Mac 10.4 compliant!

This product works great in my WinXP64 machine. Will test in my Hackintosh shortly.

I have loaded the driver which says, "10.4 or higher..." but I can't make it work. The OS can see the device but I cannot get it to initilize. And, I don't know enough about the Hack to work around it.

Have the same adapter (and problem) as the original poster (using Kalyway 10.5.1 Vanilla). I'm not sure that it's worth the hassle, I'm going to buy a native Leopard-supported adapter from MacMall and just move on :-(

Peace
